ya know what? it really IS impossible to choose one. a few that standout for me though

Elaine bustin those sweet-ass moves at her company's party
Elaine bustin a gut laughing when Jerry puts the pez dispenser on her leg
and of course the Soup Nazi. not so much for him, but Elaine and her "GET OUT!!!", and the "street toughs" that jacked Kramer for her armoire.
 
I agree it is very difficult to just pick one in particular, however, I did think the Pez Dispenser episode was absolutely hilarious, but then again the entire series was brilliant

the one where Putty stole Jerry's "move"--
 
"The Marine Biologist" because of the way that the various storylines come together at the end. That was one of the best aspects of the writing. Also, the wordplay of the episode "The Beard."
 
mine would have to be the "bizarro world" where Elaine hangs out with a different Jerry, Kramer and George characters

soup nazi is a close second

then any with Elaine "dancing"
 
"The Betrayal" is a favorite of mine. I think it's the one where they all go to Sue Ellen's wedding in India, and it's done completely out of order- it's hilarious.

forgot that one, it is funny

another is when they go the the Hamptons to see "the baby" and it is FUGLY, Jerry's gf sees George naked ...'its shrinkage, the water was cold" LOL

there are so many episodes that have a scene or two that is a scream, it is hard to remember them all.
