Weekends alone....hmmm...many would like the quiet time to listen to your own music at your own volume, or go out and meet new people at your usual watering hole, or catch up on your reading of movie list or recorded shows...

Sounds kind of nice to me!

I hope, though, that the weekend goes quickly and maybe your friends aren't as busy tomorrow and tomorrow night! (And, even if they are busy, can't you barge in?)

My father taught me early. "If you're bored, that's your fault." It's not the job of your boyfriend, your friends, or life itself to entertain you. It's up to YOU to entertain you. I thank my Dad for that lesson a lot. I can entertain myself for hours, even with my clothes on (although it's fun with them off, too).

Read that book that you bought a couple years ago and haven't gotten around to. Build a bird house for those cute little cardinals you always see picking at bugs in your yard. Retile the bathroom. Learn to program a vcr :P

Somewhere I once read someone saying that if you're bored it means you're not paying attention.

And I've always hated the personal ads, on craigslist or gay.com that begin "I'm bored".

How can anyone live in such a great country, with all it has to offer, and be bored?

Maybe it appeals to guys with low self-esteem. "Maybe he'll be bored enough that he'll even give ME a shot!"
