I met this cute guy named Andrew at college and I recently found out he is bi. My friend told me a friend of ours talked to him and Andrew told him he was bi. Andrew also told my friend I was attractive. I'd like for him to confirm this, but how do I get him to?

Just some background info:

I only see him at lunch time and I don't see him a lot. He has a guitar he takes to school and likes some of the video games I like. I have a bass guitar and I told him I'd show it to him, but I haven't yet.
 
I say go talk to him at lunch and set up something where you guys can meet and he can see your guitar. Outside of school, it could lead to more meaningful discussion
 
"Hey what's up man, nice guitar!"

If he's interested, he'll find a way to keep that conversation going. Let him talk, ask him questions [how long have you been playing, ever played with anyone/in a band, what songs do you know etc]. After you sound him out a bit, mention you play bass...even if you don't jam together you have something in common.

"Hey I'm gonna go back to my room and play some [insert videogame you know you both like], you play?"

Then find a way to mention a movie star/musician/etc or someone you think is hot. I'm talking about a guy here, so he knows you're at least bi, make it someone unattainable so he knows there's no competition. Then tell him he's hotter.

It's practically guaranteed to work, let us know how it goes.
 
Well show him your guitar. In all probability he's not going to send out an invitation so its your move. Just put yourself in his path & let it happen. You're thinking too much--just be yourself.
 
As the others said, I would just say hi and start talking and share what you have in common. Friendliness and sharing alone time together can go a long way. No pressure. Feel things out and the rest will follow.
 
You heard he is bi and finds you attractive. Couldn't be a much better start. Try this. "Hey, I hear you play guitar. Lets get together somewhere and play together. Interested?" If he says "yes", you got a date. Good luck!
 
well, big fail. the guy I thought was andrew wasn't andrew. :( That sucks because I can't seem to find a guy that is right for me. I hope it's sometime soon though. I'm really looking forward to having something I've never had with a guy.
