PIZZA at "I fratelli la bufala" , in my city (i'm italian)

(I fratelli la bufala are Neapolitans, they are also in America with their restaurants)

A simple dinner. Potatoes cut and cooked with water and extra virgin olive oil. After baking, I put the chicken breast.

I drained and put everything in the pot, with a dash of olive oil.




 
Tonight I peeled the potatoes, and I fried them.
Then I breaded the pork in the flour.

Only olive oil, potatoes, Italian

 
Obviously, only small samples! A little taste of pasta (Covatelli), meatloaf with cheese and egg, sausage, baked bread (in traditional ovens)

Dinner with cousins​​, aunts, etc.







 
Tonight is fresh bacon and cheese stuffed sacchettini tossed with sliced chicken breast and mushrooms in a cream sauce. Lemon crustata for dessert! (Hey, it's not dietetic but it's a holiday weekend, lol!)

Cutters with olive oil, oregano, tomato, mozzarella cheese. You have to wet the cutter. Prepare with the ingredients. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
