Take note that as writing this I haven't heard the newest one yet!

I like View to a Kill by Duran Duran the best, Die another day by Madonna is ok. The Living Daylights by A-ha is often overlooked but is an excellent composition and is very bond-like.

The new one is by Chris Cornell "You Know My Name"..I don't really like it. I love his music, but that song just does nothing for me or my love for Bond.

Nobody Does It Better - Carly Simon from the Spy Who Loved Me has got to rate right at the top. It does it for me. Hit #2 in US charts and #7 in UK charts.

A View to a Kill by Duran Duran remains the biggest chart success with #1 in US and #2 in UK charts.

I agree with Spyder3d. Nobody Does It Better is the best. Although it was only used as an end credits song (although originally written as the theme to Thunderball) I also love Mr Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

The worst is Die Another Day by Madonna and the new one isn't much better (but at least it's not a dance track).
 
Nobody Does It Better by Carly Simon with Goldfinger by Shirley Bassey a close second.

Ace of Base wrote a song for Golden Eye (called Goldeneye), but they backed out for some reason and Tina Turner sang a whole other song, which was still ok. Anyway, ace of base changed a few of the lyrics and came up with Juvenile, which still sounds like the perfect 007 song...
 
I haven't heard the new one, either. But my favorite is "The World Is Not Enough". Although I'm not sure I dislike any of the themes, with the exception of "Live and Let Die". And I agree that "The Living Daylights" is under rated...|

As the world's biggest 007 fan, allow me to put in my 2cents:

Goldeneye (Tina Turner) is the best (I still sing it in the shower).
Die Another Day is so bad that it is actually quite good.

View To A Kill is also good.

Die Anther Day is the most monotonous one. Madonna did much better for Austin Powers with "Beautiful Stranger" IMO. Man with the golden gun might be second worst.
 
I had high hopes when they announced Madonna but she managed the worst song ever. It sounded nothing like a Bond song.
