You answered your own question, in my opinion. If I had to guess I'd say it's performance anxiety coupled with your routine and technique when masturbating. If you plan on seeing either of these guys give yourself a few days without masturbating and I'll bet the problem will be solved.
 
Stop worrying about whether or not you cum. For at least some bottoms, premature ejaculation is a lot more irritating than someone taking too long to shoot. If you can set off your date a few times before you have finished, he will probably follow you around like a suck-egg pup. Concentrate on your date's pleasure, and let nature take care of the rest.
