It's not a bad question. The rectum is very porous. You could stick a tylenol up there and twenty minutes later, arrivederci headache. That's how people get HIV and other STD's.

Sex toys are hardly regulated. I bought a dildo once that had such a strong chemical smell it filled the room. Who wants that in their bloodstream?
