I use FireFox, and I love it. I have no problems watching vids on youtube. What I love about FireFox is the themes you can download. I have a Super Mario Bros. 3 theme and its the envy of my friends when they use my computer.

i also use firefox nearly 99% of the time. a few sites wont let you use firefox and i have to ues IE7.

I Use Netscape Browser,But I Dont Know What It Actually Does.Do We Really Need Browsers?

your browser, whether it's IE7, firefox, netscape, or whatever is what allows you to "browse" the web. all your web sites open in a browser window. it's how you are reading this right now. ;)

I have always used IE. I have never had any problems with it, or gotten a virus/spyware while using it. I guess if you are careful about what sites you visit and keep your AV up to date you should be fine.

Which is "better" depends on your use and your OS. I use linux, so I don't use IE at all. But, hey, they're all free - try 'em out and see which one you like best!

Firefox and Netscape is good but they freeze so freaking much i use it on 3 computers and they freeze like crazy. Im going to give safari a try and see what happens

Firefox - though the more extensions you install the more greedy it gets for memory.

No kidding!
A computer tech friend told me never to put in more than a half dozen of their add-ons, and I adhere to that.

It makes no sense using Netscape, as it's based on Firefox. Netscape (the company) just branded it their way.

Um... I thought it was the other way around.

Firefox is awesome.
My only current problem with it, is YouTube videos are currently not loading for me.
My friend has the same problem (who also uses Firefox).

Apart from this recent mis-hap, Firefox has treated me very well, and I would highly recommend it! ..|

I have YouTube troubles from time to time, but it's never a not-loading situation, just a loading like it's stoned and doesn't care -- but I just open another tab and do something else.
One thing I like is that I've NEVER had a security prob via Firefox; every one has come at me through IE. This week, though, I had an attack from malware that screwed up FF, which freaked me out.

I've only had FF freeze on me if I'm running two or more other major programs at once -- like a word processor and a spreadsheet, for example. If it's all I'm running, plus some small game like solitaire or minesweeper, I've never seen it freeze.
