So, I had about $5.00 sitting in my iTunes account. Probably for at least one week now. I had an itchin' to spend it so...

I bought:

a.) Britney Spears - "Gimme More" (one of her "newer" songs that I kind of like...)

b.) Jordin Sparks feat. Chris Brown - "No Air" (even though she is kind of screaming at points throughout the song, I like her voice along with Chris Brown.)

c.) Miley Cyrus - "See You Again" (I like the beat.)

I think I'm the most embarrassed about Miley. !oops!

Which one do you think is the most shame worthy? :D

Eeeek---I would not know where to start, but I cant throw stones. Someone might happen upon my iPod and all my shame full indulgences.

It's ok. You can throw stones! :)

My taste in music is very, very diverse. From classical to hard rock to hippie music to pop to pretty much every single genre under the sun (except for country...but even then I must admit I like the Dixie Chicks!)

Dont worry about it.

I have all those songs on my ipod too...They are all classiied as guilty pleasures..lol

eh. you're all right.

i thought you were damaged goods when i first met ya and seeing your selections only cements that notion.

:p :p :p

at least you didn't buy mmmbop!

*quickly deselects Hanson from play list*---Yeah that would be sad...
!oops!

oh poo. don't feel bad. i've got a copy of the wonder woman theme on mine.

season one! :square:

I don't have any guilty pleasures.

Oh, I have and love songs that some might be embarrassed by, but I'm don't consider them "guilty pleasures". I proudly say "I like these songs."

Rick Springfield's "Jessie's Girl"? Hell, yes. Fuck, I've got "Bop 'til You Drop".

Hanson's "MmmBop"? MmmYou betcha.

Britney Spears' "Baby One More Time"? Definitely.

Gordon Lightfoot's "Sundown" and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"? Better believe it.

Chesney Hawkes' "The One and Only"? Dude, I CRANK it when it pops up, and I don't care who hears it.

Fuck guilty pleasures. I'm proud of my crap. :)

Should this become the "What do you have on your iPod/CDs/general music collection that others would shun you, and send you out into the Sahara with no water for months???"

I'll go first!

I have the entire production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" on my iPod - the one with Donny Osmond - and could sing every note and word of it.

And don't worry Lex - I have that Britney Spears song as well, along with many others...

ABBA...wait - if I didn't have "Gold" and know every word of every song, then something is wrong....

Plus I have every "The Onion" podcast that they've created to my knowledge...laughing in the morning on the way to work is much better than coffee ;)

The shame of it, I'll never be able to face the vicar again knowing that one of my friends has Britney on his iPod (not that I ever used to face the vicar anyway.... but that's another story!)
...at least you didn't buy mmmbop!

I'm not sure what I should be surprised at most, the fact that you have, or the fact that I'm not (surprised)!
