Seriously, the best underwear for your balls is to wear a kilt.

And then failing that, boxers are the healthiest. But they are only sexy every 30 years or so.

All other underwear has plusses and minuses, either scrunching your balls up or swamping them.

I never cared what a guy was wearing as long as they were clean and came off immediately. I have no fetish or interest in underwear.
