I found images matching those in the video but nothing more as yet.

I've seen it before too, quite a few years ago. It's Czech and a teacher in a biological class asks for a volunteer so he can demonstrate how an ejaculation can be achieved by massaging the prostate gland. ^^^ You'll see in the credits that this film was produced in 2002 and released in 2003. The production company evidently ceased to exist 16 years ago which accounts for the film now being viewable on some free sites. Google the title and add "gay porn movie" and away you go! ...
