Can anyone give me a name to go with this face?

I found this video on P2P but would like to know the name of the film, so the name of this mystery guy would be of great help. Or alternatively this guy who's in the film with him.

The guy from the first picture is Matt Ramsey. And the face in the second photo belongs to Steve Henson. I'm not sure, but I think this is a scene from a movie titled "Like a Horse."

Actually I thought that sounded strange. I'm not good keepin track of aliases so looked it up on Wikipedia and got Peter North and started thinkin, "Oh that doesn't sound right".
