Who regularly go to the gym?

I get most of my fitness from karate 3 nights a week and use the gym twice a week to swim.

I am still struggling to get into good shape, though - my strength and stamina are good from the karate because we do not scrimp on pushing our guys, but anything approaching Men's Health coverboy status remains a horrible distance away... :( I seriously need to plan and implement a more focused gym programme.

I go 3 - 4 times weekly. If I cannot go, then I do push ups and sit ups and I will grab the dogs and take them for a walk. I was a runner, but I had a knee injury, so I should not run.
 
At home mostly.

Going to the gym is just too much drama. Can't hack all the socializing when I'm trying to be task oriented...the cruising is a big distraction as well.

Have my own Stairmaster and she is my personal best friend. Climb her pretty much every day (Cardio and ass) Hate free weighs but I do my level best to get in a few cycles. Lots of crunches every morning and before bed 'cause it's all about the ab's baby!
 
I go about 4 or 5 times a week but in the nice weather I like to run or bike outside.I go to the gym for strengh training, yoga, swimming and steam.
 
I just came from the gym, and one of my friends just complimented my body shape.
