I get most of my fitness from karate 3 nights a week and use the gym twice a week to swim.
I am still struggling to get into good shape, though - my strength and stamina are good from the karate because we do not scrimp on pushing our guys, but anything approaching Men's Health coverboy status remains a horrible distance away...
I seriously need to plan and implement a more focused gym programme.
