Brenda Blethyn - her comedy roles always crack me up - she was fabulous in "Saving Grace" and in "Little Voice".

Julia Louis Dreyfus -- while I haven't seen her on Old Christine, I thought she was brilliant on Seinfeld. Even during the old days when she had the big high hair.

Also, Courteney Cox during Friends was hilarious... once she, herself, became more comfortable and the Monica character became less straightman and more comedic, too. When Monica made Joey faux foreskins and she made one out of faux fur, just the simple half second bit of her rubbing it against her face was hilarious!!
 
I will forever love Megan Mullally as Karen on W&G. Classic television character. Her delivery every time was always on point and cracked me up to tears.
