I don't believe testosterone has much affect on body hair growth unless there's something rather severe going on, in which case hair growth would be the least of the symptoms.
Here's three potential causes I can think of.
You say it's been since late last year? Since winter?
Simply wearing long pants can remove large amounts of hair! I know that whenever Winter comes around in Australia and I start wearing long pants (especially bad with Jeans), I lose almost all the hair on my legs and sometimes ass, although that generally depends on how often I go commando that season!
Secondly, if you're putting on weight at all (reducing exercise), you might be experiencing a reverse->xxxx< (insert that name of the condition here, I have a total mental blank on it atm and am on my phone so can't be bothered researching. Perhaps KB can offer some more help here!) affect. Where your body no longer needs as much body hair to keep warm because you have better natural insulation (fat

). This is a pretty extreme thing, and is only really a possibility if you've gone from underweight into a healthy weight range over the past 6-12 months.
Finally, as usual, everything about our bodies is totally subject to age.
Depending on genetics, you may lose or gain hair as you grow. You may even lose it in unfortunate places, and gain it in even more unfortunate places!
The age in which this happens varies a lot as well. For instance, my eldest brother is 35 and he's lost most of his bodyhair and his head hair is now largely silver, where as our parents both still have a full head of black hair!
I hope I have given you something to think about!
If it's something you're becoming worried about, go and see a Doctor!
