Without editing ?
They should at least blur it out or something.

They don't allow them but their procedures for taking them down are really slow and fuzzy

Sometimes, I feel like Telstra is just the legible version of SloppySeconds.

I saw porn videos on youtube someone posted a porn blooper of a vase hitting a girl on the head while the guy was banging her and they show everything it been there for a while. But they are quick to delete a 80s game show episode

Some people are "do it yourselfers" and like to demonstrate their technique. Or learn "how to" from them.

I think it partly depends on who complains. Some businesses threaten law suits for posting their copywritten material.

The categories of flagging videos are strange. There isn't a category that says 'video contains the death of a person'. It says 'contains violent or repulsive content'.
People probably think "ok, there's a dead body in the video, does that qualify as violent or repulsive content?"

There are videos under 'Saudi drifting eject' that show people being thrown from cars. I didn't know drifting was so popular there.

Youtube will show a female ass but God forbid that they show a male ass although that rule seems more relaxed than it was.

Medical videos get a pass because it can be seen as an educational video.

They probably allow some death videos because it may be historical in nature. There was a video of a man driving a sword into another man during an assassination.

The killing videos are mainly from the middle east ...
They showed the actual killing.
