You guys need to train your asses to receive by using a butt plug, that is what I did. Use it a little each day until you can wear it for a couple of hours without the need to take a crap. Then use plenty of lube when you present your asses to your partners. ENJOY!

Anywho, to answer your question, I would try different positions. Depending on the guy's dick, different positions seem to be better than others./
