Why wont it stay hard?

During sex i have a problem, I get all excited and really hard and she starts playing with it and we're happy. Then she gets up to get into position and or put the condom on. But in that 20 or 30 seconds it goes soft!! Not all the way at first, but if I dont get it into something warm quick it will go away altogether. Once active it stays hard till im done.
WHY?
Is there anything i can do to keep it hard the whole time?
It used to when I was younger..
 
Fact of life. It happens as you get older. All you can do is do things that make you stay excited. I love foreplay, it gets me going and gets me hard. So if you need more of that, tell your partner. Or just tell her that when it's time, it's time! lol
 
so the plumbing worked better when you were younger. -- so does that mean it was good at 20 and not so good at 50? need some point of reference here -- some guys have this problem at 25 - some not till 65 -- soooo....idk.
Do you live on a one way street - or do you go "both ways? cuz I'm wondering if this situation occurs with guys (too).. or is that not an option?
 
Are you sure it isn't just the condom? It's can that it's reducing the feeling and blood flow till u start intercourse when you get even more turned on and more blood flows... I dunno just a thought

I know I can be a dick with some of you gay'er guys..and I have nothing against gays, except when they act gay around me.
Iv known alot of gay men in my time and the ones that are usually accepted in the social group are the once that realize they are still MEN!!!
