i've bottomed atleast 4 times and it always hurts. the first time it gets there, it burns like crazy..but it gets better as it loosens up.

will it always hurt like that? and plus, i don't lets guys in for a long time since the hurt does come back after a while...im asian and i guess im extra tight...

can anyone help make it feel less painful?

yes it will, but here are some thoughts.

1. use plenty of lube
2. have your partner play with your hole for a while and really work in the lube and fingers one at a time also use differnt size dildos or butt plugs that will help loosen the hole they come in different sizes and do help.
3. you must be relaxed, as you now know that it's been hurting you will have that thought in your head.
4. dont keep those thoughts in you as it will constantly make you think of it and you wont be relaxed enough, you will always be tense about it.
5. if the top is still doing this and it continues to hurt, he should have stopped or you should have stopped him.
6. it may be the top who may not know how to fuck good.
7. try another top as a last resort.

I know this sounds weird and you may not be up to it, but this is what I do--before I have sex I always take a shower and use two dildos. One smaller, like a 6" and like a 8.5". I start off fingering myself and when I'm kind of loose, I use the small Dildo and after a few minutes with it, I get myself pretty damn loose with the bigger one. Yes, the hurt will go away. You need to use a butt plug to train your ass to accept a cock in it. That is what I did. My fuck sessions usually last for several hours.

when i was still new to anal, sitting on it always helped. you'll be able to go at your own pace and once you think you are ready, then you can let the top take control. but slow is how you should start.

Lube is also something you should be aware. All lube isn't the same. Some work great and others have burned my ass to the point of no anal play for weeks. I suggest testing small bottles of different lubes until you find your niche. Mine is IDglide and it has never let me down.
