everybody is different when it comes to exactly when their abs will "show". Code is defiantly right on the low bodyfat. I eat a static diet, walk an hour a day and bike anywhere from 30 mins-1 hour at night.
as for what exercises, doing cable crunches has been where i've noticed the biggest improvement. Do a weight you can do for 30 reps but by 25 they should be extremely hard, going to have to push through that. Then i do 3 sets of ball crunches until failure and then normally 25lb decline v sit.
Thanks. I hit the gym 4 times a week and I work on my abs a bit but I am not happy with their progress. I am going to try cable crunches, hopefully I will see better results.
