I would like to compliment Chrissie Hynde for being Chrissie Hynde. I respect everything about that woman, from her tireless advocacy for animal welfare to calling an entire stadium of fans "cunts" because they wouldn't put away their smartphones, as well as being sexy without being sexual or dressing like a stripper like most female pop stars feel they need to. She's just as badass at 72 as she was at 27 when the first Pretenders album came out, and has never, in 45 years, sold out her art or her respect for rock music.
