As you know there are plenty examples of this image but none with an ID.
The ONLY promising site I found is this which ID's EVERY gif they have.
The search begins at page 86 which matters only for the day that site was indexed by whichever search engine.....could be days, weeks, months or years but it's there somewhere.
I searched 10 pages back and forward to page 100 so I saved you that time at least.

You’re always kind and give more of your time to helping us than can be convenient. Thank you again! As I said, I dislike starting an entire thread for one ID query. But when every reverse image app fails and it’s been years, well…
