I remember, growing up, that I would play "Dungeons and Dragons" and the bowling game on the original Intellivision.

I still think, if I hear that snorting sound at the beginning of this video, I would crawl into the fetal position and cry

What was your first video game memory? :)

NES, baby!

I remember when my parents got us (I am one of four children) an NES.

Zelda was the best thing ever! I think we still have the "special" gold versions of both the original The Legend of Zelda, and Zelda II - The Adventure of Link. The latter game was friggin' hard!

And Link could jump!

My first home gaming system was a deck of cards ... chiseled on little stone tablets! But, I also remember when "Pong" was new! ](*,)

Keep smilin'!!(*8*)
Chaz ;)

i think we had an Atari, but i only vaguely remember it.

the first one i remember is NES. we loved it sooo much. i mostly remember before we got ours, our uncles had one and we would go over there and play it. we loved Excitebike and Mario Bros. and me, my brothers & cousins would play Gauntlet for hours with the hub that let you use 4 controllers!

Atari. I only vaguely remember some of the games. Then we got NES and never went back until I got my hands on a Gameboy and Link's Awakening. That was probably the first game I ever really played on my own.

ColecoVision -even had the ADAM add-on computer, memories of the teen years...
Sega Genesis -the college years...
XBOX 360 -the adult years...

mikey

atari 2600!!

loved it. but i loved my nes and super nes that much more.

and can i just have a moment of orgasmic goodness over super metroid for super nes??

oh yes...

I still have my SNES, Sega Genesis, N64, Gameboy Color, PS1, GBA, XBOX, Gamecube, 360

But I haven't played a game in months...lame

Intellivision for me, too.

I remember Pitfall and dungeons and dragons!

Come to think of it, I may still have two intellivisions sitting in the attic with games.

I wonder if they work...

I'm shocked no one has mentioned it yet but my very first gaming system was a Sega Genesis. Sonic the Hedgehog was my life until they introduced me to the GameBoy Color and Legend of Zelda. It all went downhill quick from there lol.

I've been a devoted slave to Nintendo ever since. Although I never had the same joy playing Super Mario Bros. as I do collecting rings and defeating Dr. Robotnik on Sonic.

Genesis was my 1st too. damn near pissed myself when i got it...i was like the last kid in town to get a system of my own. i think Super Street Fighter 2 was my favorite game....Cammy was my BITCH!!!! actually i think i spent the most time playing Ms. Pacman. i was OBSESSED with all things Pac growing up....

Primal Rage and MK 2 were pretty sweet too.

My left hand!??!??!? But this seems to be a serious discusion and way over my head. I have never had a gaming system other than board games.

Battlestoads was amazing but it was SO hard!

I agree...Battletoads was a pain in the ass. I can't recall if I ever beat it?

I think a little pee came out when I got my N64 for Christmas. I don't remember how we got the original NES.
