Has anyone else seen this flick, what did you think, i enjoyed it tho the murder scenes were a little brutal. Though Jake was great in it, and it certainly managed to keep you guessing. What did you guys think?

If anything it did seem long and left me with a few unanswered questions but overall i'd recommend

I was really surprised. Usually I'm a big fan of director David Fincher's work, but I found this movie quite dull. I agree that the scenes with the killer were really thrilling and disturbing, but I thought it came apart in the in police investigation side of the story. Jake was really good though. Most of the critics would disagree however, and really praised the movie.

Jake wasn't even a factor until half way through. It was OK-not great. I'd recommend it though. Robert Downey JR. was good.

Brilliant. It was atmospheric and compelling. The attention to detail was fantastic, and it ranks as one of the best (and most faithful) adaptations I've seen.

The 3 main guys - Ruffalo, Downey Jr, and Gyllenhall - were all excellent.

I'm sure many people will leave the cinema hating it because there wasn;t a stupid, tacked-on ending where they catch the guy, but fuck them - they're idiots.

You have to watch "Memories of Murders"... check IMDB... much more better than Zodiac...

I finally got around to watching this last night. I am deeply disturbed! Especially the part where Zodiac calls Robert and starts breathing on the phone. I got the chills.

Yes, and the murders were BRUTAL. Especially the one at the park.

I loved this movie...felt very real and as someone posted had the "atmosphere" thing going.

Yes the murders in the film were brutal, but they had to be to make it more realistic. What really gave me the creeps whas the fact that I remeber when this all took place when I was growing up and that it happend right in the next city Rodeo and Vallejo

To be honest I found it tiresome. It was far too slow, and I expected more from Fincher.

I started watching it on DVD and gave up after 40 minutes - something I rarely do with movies. I'm not a fan of Fincher as a director - and this one just confirmed it.
