In a fantasy world where there are no risks/complications/etc, I think I would be willing to undergo some sort of surgery that would enable this. In the real world, if such a procedure existed, I think it would probably be dangerous and have a slew of side effects. Hi KeptINlime, what you you say is true. I have spoken with a doctor and obviously can be countless options! The one that represents the best options by the surgeon I spoke with is to lower the blood flow to the penis by applying two rings in the veins that provide such blood and located down the sphinter. This is shortly what was explained to me a while ago and as per the surgeon risks are minimun.
This who make a bottom a real permanent bottom.

Nature is also what we psychologically are. Our inner beeing that may not coincide with our body. See MTF and FTM so to say, they follow their inner nature.

I think ejaculating is unimportant, what matters is to regularly orgasm anally on a regular basis. The penis would not be removed just let it useless and limp.
