hmmmmm, interesting repartee. As a gay guy and a retired law enforcement guy I wanna put my two cents in. First, I don't think the entrapment aspect is going to work for these guys. Entrapment is when the police force you to do something you wouldn't ordinarily do. So, these guys were cruising the mens room on their own, nobody forced them to do it,
Second, I think public mens rooms should be used for their intended purpose. Those of you who said that an unsuspecting person, or a minor could walk in there and be witness to some lurid activity are dead on. No body wants to have their kid see something like that. I don't think the general public wants to see that in a beach bathroom either. There is a time and a place for everything. They deserved to be arrested and charged. They don't deserve to have their pictures posted in the paper tho.
I remember a similar group of arrests at a local rest area, two guys were fucking on a picnic table...FUCKING ON A PICNIC TABLE, right in the open for the world to see.....C'mon have some discretion for Gods sake.

No Corny. That will never happen. JQ has very low self esteem due to his weight. I doubt he has had sex yet. So he has to point fingers and post this kind of high horse nonsense. Some people would find his lusting over other men to be disgusting. Its funny that JQ doesn't see the irony in his heavy handed post.
 
I think it's terrible that the police have nothing better to do, but the sad underlying message of this story is that as a community, toilet loitering is still one of the most effective ways to get laid, we all need to take a moment purchase a damn iphone and get our asses on grindr and into 2012.
