To be honest, I'm not exactly sure whether or not I'm cut or uncut. There's definitely a bit of foreskin over the penis when I'm entirely flaccid, but it's nothing exteme. The skin will cover the sides of my head, but usually not the very top, unless I've been swimming and major shrinkage has occurred. Bein cut or uncut was never something I discussed with my parents. I just assumed I was uncut, or that I was uncut because there was no need to remove the extra foreskin. :confused:
