Collabro's singer Jamie Lambert has come out as gay.

The 25-year-old singer - who is one fifth of the Britain's Got Talent winning boy band - has admitted he has always known he was homosexual and he would have revealed his sexuality sooner but he didn't think it was a big deal.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, he explained: ‘No one asked - I have nothing to hide from anybody. I think it's really important that all gay people in the public eye just talk about it. The more that it happens the more normal it becomes.

As for the news article - I agree with him - shouldn't matter at all - particularly in the land of Sir Elton John.

He's one of the two who founded the group with a long time friend, too.
They all seem sincerely genuine.
