2 Cellos - Welcome to the Jungle

A 'classic' of a different sort covered by 2 handsome, delightful, and talented young men:

They've got potential - and dimples.

How do you feel about Paul Simon & Sting - in concert, together?

They were in Toronto last March.

I listened to a fan You Tube vid of them doing The Boxer at another venue, then saw the link to the FULL Concert in Toronto.

Here's the link - if your internet will suffer the size of the stream.

I don't know if this video ever cuts to live action, or just shows the header.

Here's the Playlist:

I ran my cursor along the play line - looks like the concert comes into video at around the 0:15 mark.

Here's a new "Official Picture" of Luka - just posted to FB - or just shared out as the case may be.

^ He truly is a beautiful man, and even more beautiful in his passion for music.

I found some You Tube videos of some of the Performers at the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Fest.
(Not the "A" liners, but . . .)

I hope you enjoy some of these.

This one's a bit different - I offer it up as part of the panoply of flavours out there.

A wee bit of Earth, Wind, & Fire introducing a scholarship recipient/new graduate from The Eastman School of Music - which is pretty much where EW&F was performing.

I lost weight just watching the energy in this version of Smooth Criminal:

Here's a link to a You Tube Page with shorter pieces performed on a synthesizer - took me back to the '70s and Mike Oldfield/Tubular Bells, or Rick Wakeman and Journey to the Center of the Earth, King Arthur.

The artist is one of our fellow JUBbers.

Awesome stuff gsdx & all. Thanks for sharing. This thread has taken on a life of its own -- which for me is the sign of a truly great thread :)↩↪✴✳↔↗↖♥

Fortunately Neil doesn't mind us taking a few side trips in other directions.

Did I mention that our boys are going to release a new video soon?
Here's a sneak peak picture - OK, all you foot fetishists - here's your chance to count their toes.

The location is one of their nicest national parks, based on the commercials.

I think we'd all enjoy them garbed a bit more casually - or lack thereof.

If I knew then what I know now - or even 8 months ago . . .

I've loved these guys since I first heard them sing, and it began with this:

Late Late Show with Ryan Tubridy

End 2008 the Priests were just about to release their first album. 12 months on, they have clocked up an astounding 2 million sales - they sold more records than U2 in the last year and are in the Guinness Book of Records for having the fastest selling classical debut album of all time. Yet they steadfastly refuse to give up their day jobs! Maybe it's because they're afraid of what their boss might say!

You'll Never Walk Alone, plus a wonderful interview:
