Maybe.

Or, better yet, just don't create a fake beach under your trees and then invite unsuspecting people/children from all over the world to come and relax in the lounging area.

That should be plenty.

Florida and Disney should be responsible for making Alligator protective gear when people enter the state if they really care... *cough.

I see it has been suggested, more than once in this thread, that while alligators don’t have much respect for fencing, they do respect State lines/borders.

That’s ridiculous. I don’t believe it. Surely they inhabit other southern US States, and travel between them freely.

Because Florida is the one we are outraged at right now. Until the Media tells us to be upset with another state with wild animals, then we can't call them out yet.

I had to Google him. I recognised him, but didn't know his name. I've never seen the show (besides the promos) except for a short portion where one of them was in hospital for an alligator bite on his arm. He had one small mark on the back of his hand and another on his forearm. That was a gator bite? He'd have worse injuries in a bar fight. I couldn't watch any more than that.

According to the logic in this thread, yes.

Wow, this really surprised me.

The family of the toddler who was snatched and killed by an alligator at a Disney resort last month said they would not be pursuing a lawsuit against the company.

Disney must have paid them more than they felt they would have gotten suing them. They won't have a lawyer (worse than an alligator) taking a 1/3 to 1/2 of the settlement
