Your body is what gives older men dreams of expired youth.. Don't push too hard to obtain a muscular body, there are a lot of guys that would give their left (you choose!) to have your trim body. Nice definition!

You can tell the difference in the photos. Keep up the good work and keep us posted as to your progress. I wish I had started working out when I was your age but at that time I didn't even know about working out.

Your Apollo's Belt is quite nice and very sexy ( I love to look at an Apollo's Belt on a guy) and the treasure trail is cool and I love the sense of humor you display in your photos. Your BF must have been a jerk to leave a cute guy like you.

Unfortunately, I'm addicted to the fast food diet, and I'm not so lucky with the whole "eat whatever I want" sort of thing and still stay thin. I'm working on it now though. Trying to get back into shape.

I'm not weight lifting yet, no money for a gym membership.

I just do weightless workouts, like push ups and such a few times a week. Imagine my body if I did use workout machines!
