Here's the Grid for the new TV season that starts in September. I'm really glad that I live in a era where there is DVR's. What are you guys most looking forward to and what do you guys think of the line up?

Saturday sure looks like a throw away night for all of them.

HARRY'S LAW????? Gone????? Damn.... loved that show!!!!!!! Saturday's been a loss for years unfortunately... most of my favs are back so I'm glad of that!!! Thanks for posting!!!

Looks like a good year to subscribe to Netflix - not much grabs my interest.

Really looking forward to Elementary. Must try to ignore the inevitable comparisons.

I saw the trailer for NBC's Revolution, and I am so excited. I just hope this show is as good as it looks (obviously). And if it is, I hope that NBC gives it the chance it deserves. It screwed the pooch with Heroes, and--to my undying ire--Kings.

Besides that, I am looking forward to Partners on CBS.

Hey thanks, Ziggy Stardust - heard about a few of these series but nice to be able to see it in handy-dandy grid form. I'm actually kind of looking forward to "The Mindy Project" since I think Mindy Kaling has some decent comic instincts but her role as "Kelly" on the "The Office" seems to have been diminishing in the last season or two of that show. And I'm with thatgirl, I'd at least check out "Elementary" out of curiosity for how they frame the old premise in modern-day, although I had also expected this season's "Alcatraz" to be an impressive supernatural-detective thriller and it ended up going nowhere, was disinteresting to watch and in turn was cancelled after its first season.

It'll be interesting to look back on this grid one year from now in May 2013 when the season is wrapping up and see how many of those shows made it through the full season and in their same timeslot.

My concern is American TV generally sucks at mysteries - they so often feel the audience is stupid and we have to be shown everything that happened at the start and then spend an hour watching the detective figure out what we already know -

I will check it out - but I hope they keep it as a mystery and not just a cop show with an accent.

i got to admit i'm actually really interested in that show revolution. Although from the preview i kinda dont know where its going. seems like its trying too much and too hard. i give it seven episodes before its cancelled.

also this fall they're NBC is making Hannibal (based from the movie series) TV series and another remake of the munsters. both of which i expect to be cancelled.

however, on the CW they are making smallville spinoff called Arrow which will focus on Green Arrow. from the trailer it actually looks rather interesting.

Arrow is NOT a Smallville spinoff - it is a new take on the character - new actor - and set in a world where there are no other heroes. Looks like it will be closer to Longbow Hunters with Arrow as the only vigilante in the world...

Glad to see they are keeping CSI NY on the air.

Me too, but gotta say that I was surprised. Surprised about Community too, if it IS still on the schedule.
Out of all the upcoming new shows Arrow's the only one I'm guaranteed to check out. Elementary could be something I'd get into possibly. Probably checkout Revolution. The show looks interesting enough, but more importantly, I've really been digging Billy Burke lately.
Fuck though...I'm still pissed about Ringer!!!! Oh, and I'm still iffy about them dragging out Supernatural, but I can't say that I ain't excited about it's return.

I'm looking foward to NCIS,CSI NY and Law & Order SVU. I'm also a fan of the Mentalist but with football on..I know it will get delayed more often then not.

Wednesday's kinda jam-packed for me. CSI NY, Supernatural, SVU, Arrow and Abc's comedy line up. Thank God for DVRs.

Loking forward to Sherlock, but can't kick the awful feeling it will be played for laughs. Hope I'm wrong and that it's just the occasional light relief being emphasized in the previews.

Sherlock doesn't even interest me at all. I don't get all the hype especially after seeing Benedict Cumberbatch playing Sherlock. He's just a genius, I don't know how anyone could do a better job than him.

I finished watching the 1st season of Once Upon a Time on Netflix, and ready for the 2nd season. It's basically my LOST fix now with all the little Easter Eggs (numbers, products, companies), "flashbacks", and actors from that show. And not to mention Robert Carlyle playing an amoral character, again. :)

Last Resort interested me, glad I stayed to watch to pilot more than an hour ago, hope it stays good though cause it seems promising but needs more ideas to keep it interesting and not become Battlestar Galactica in the tropics.
