Well after the Holiday events in 2020 that sent my family into upheaval I was MAD the ENTIRE YEAR! Trust me when I say that what transpired in my family life was completely avoidable and ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY! So for the entire year it was never out of my mind and i couldn't escape it no matter how much I tried! Then literally nothing was enjoyable I swear Anhedonia resulted from the PTSD that was inflicted on me in 2020! And then a whole bunch of nothing. Then Nov 1 I broke my foot so I literally couldn't do anything and had to be waited on hand and foot which is not me! Decorating, baking, shopping I tried decorating needed frequent breaks so what would take me a weekend to do took me 2 weeks with "help". Break got worse so dr gave me crutches but they were killing my arms and wrists so needed to go get a knee scooter surgery is still on the table so my optimism for 2022 is pretty much in the crapper!

We were together for 8 years. I never thought it was that easy for him to just get up and leave me as soon as times are tough. Before I started this business, I had many talks with him that the next couple years will be tough. I really thought he understood. In the last 3 years I have been driving a rust bucket with 258k miles on it. And in this same amount of time, he has driven 3 different brand new cars, including a luxury tesla. Whenever I brought up his expensive taste, his answer was always YOLO. Is this how young people think nowadays? Are they afraid they will die tomorrow so gotta have everything right now?

Anyway, life goes on now.

I'm pretty sure that most people today don't think of saving up for something before they buy, but instead buy on credit so they have it right now and put the minimum down payment down ( or nothing down ).
