But I need some help, boys. First, I could do with a basic, free video editing program, so as to cut the vids down a bit, convert them from avi to mpg, reduce the res etc, and second i need to know where i can upload them. Can anyone help?
 
You can maybe have a look at Virtualdub for starters
It's open source and 100% free.
If you're getting more ambitious, try this it's also free.

As for uploading, that depends what you get up to ;) Going to guess X-tube is what you're after :D You need to register. Hope we see your fun sometime :twisted:
