It sounds like you didn't use enough lube and weren't relaxed enough. Next time, use lots of lube. Also, make sure you breath. Sometimes, with the initial pain, the tendency is to hold your breath. If you make sure you are breathing, your sphincter won't tighten up so much. When I top a guy, if he seems to be in pain or tense, I gently remind him to breath and relax. You may want to tell your buddy to do the same with you.

Being fucked completely pain free just takes practice.

I was very young at the time - though above the local legal age (which is 14 in Macau) and my first boyfriend was older and wiser than me.

Lube does help - but practice is what you need - once you've done it 50 or so times on your own with a dildo - then you're ready to enjoy the real thing :)
 
Get yourself a dildo and get some practice in! I think your experienced friend rather took advantage of you and should have taken things a bit more slowly !
