I know all too well.

Before water cooling kits were readily available, I built my own.

It consisted of an old mini fridge broken-down, a Saab heater core, and an auxiliary water pump from a BMW circulating regular antifreeze/ethylene glycol. The problem was condensation. I didn't have a reliable method of maintaining constant temperature of the coolant. Subsequently, I burned-out a couple video cards and a motherboard because they'd ice-up.

The kits available now seem sooo much nicer.
