To answer everyones question: Well, I got cut because of mainly cosmetic reasons. My foreskin was kinda long and when I was hard, rather than pull back, it just stayed put. I was always self-conscious about it. Every now and then it would tear and cut open after some rough jacking off or sex. I basically told my doc about it and got it approved to be a medical reason, so he forwarded it to the insurance, and they paid for it.
I went under the knife in January 2010 and here I am, 11 months later, healed. Still miss the nerve endings but its been fun! Getting another piercing soon, and yah, def. willing to share more pix.
As I mentioned before, I'm bi and just recently coming out to friends, etc, so I am not ashamed to show my face lol.

Yes a frenum piercing will increase sensitivity. It's a shame they removed your frenulum when you were circumcised but I think even so, a frenum piercing will ehighted sensitivity in the area
