As someone in their late thirties (my birthday was last Sunday!) let me say this:
Your best years are still way ahead of you. Me, my friends, my parents, they all say the same thing. The best years of your life are the early to mid 30s. In your 30s you still have your beauty and youth, your body still responds rapidly to exercise and work, you have a bit of experience, even a little wisdom maybe, and your income is typically much higher than it was five years ago.
Don't waste time lamenting your age. You'll have plenty of time to do that when you're old. Right now, the best years of your life are in front of you!

For what it's worth, I wouldn't go back to my twenties for love nor money. I'm smarter, sexier, and more self-confident (I'm talking TRUE self-confidence, not based on what I look like) than I ever thought possible back then. Plus, now I've got a measure of wisdom that only comes with time (in my opinion).
