Could anyone help me out please? I've had these small white dots on the head of my penis for years. When I knew I was going to have bareback sex I went to the doctor and they performed all kind of tests in order to find out if I had some sort of disease. They didn't find anything wrong with me, thankfully. I've had quite a lot of sex already and my partners didn't seem to mind. I've seen those dots in porn video's before so I know i'm not the only one with them. Anyone know what they are? Or how to get rid of them? Is it because I'm uncut?

If the doctor isn't worried about it, then I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably something totally natural and harmless...
 
I have the same thing... Nothing to worry about.. They're just glands I believe I looked it up before I can't quite remember. They're nothing to worry about though. Just some guys have them and some don't..

You removed the pic, but from the description - you should have a look at the sticky threads at the top of the health forum. It sounds like you mean fordyce's spots or pearly penis papules. Both totally harmless and not a STD.
