What rules? There were no such rules specified. I've been posting here for years and have seen deceased actors such as Bob Hoskins, James Gandolfini and more being constantly mentioned, and nobody said anything about it.
 
I'm not aware of this rule, either. I've been guilty of adding deceased actors myself, right from the first page.
