How did you do it? Change your diet and exercise? I want to know because I want to do the same thing. Dieting only works so much but because of my crazy job I have limited time to exercise.

I am listening to my body when I am losing weight. Just eating right....i only drink clear soda (spirte, 7up, etc.), and running a bit more each time. I started out with just a few laps around my block...and now i am up to 4 miles. :-D
