What is the problem is he has a girlfriend. You are older so you should probably set a good example (since you are analyzing it). He's going to be doing this for a long long time throughout his life. Might as well teach him how not to go about it.

If he was getting paid that makes him an educator and an authority figure. It's tantamount to sexual harassment, 'consenting' or not. Because you can't legally consent to sex with a figure of authority, like a boss or a professor or a police officer who has you in police custody.

Paid or not, nothing you've said applies to this situation. Two consenting adults can have any kind of sex they wish, period.
