If you count masturbation in front of another guy I think the number might even be higher in the past. Although the stigma of having gay sex is much less than it was when I was a kid I do think you have a point about the easy access to porn boys have these days.

When I was young if someone had magazines - or the holy grail - a VHS tape - and you found out he had it would be constant begging until he let you see his porn. And once you did - not every time but plenty of times someone would say "fuck it" and start jacking off.

Also there was not the privacy issues there are now - everyone had to shower after gym - we had all seen most of our buddies naked plenty of times - seeing him jack off was a big step - but just seeing him without clothes was no big deal.

So with no scientific evidence at all behind me I would think that more than 37% had masturbated with a buddy in the past - but much less than that would ever admit it - even in a confidential survey.

I think someone earlier in the thread said that Kinsey counted mutual masturbation in the sense of jerking each other off. I knew in any event that it was sufficiently loose that it included all kinds of childhood or one-time sort of deals that really had no relationship with permanent or adult sexuality.

That scenario is likely very familiar to many/most men/boys, and I suspect, was and still is, far more often than not, staged.



Also, as to modern day porn and its accessibility: I would imagine that, these days, most people, particularly wives and researchers, would consider getting one's rocks off to gay porn a 'homosexual experience'.

I think that's true.

But if we supposed reality were reversed, I could certainly sympathize with gay guys who'd prefer a second rate hand or blowjob from a guy, to a first rate one from a woman who was amazing at it. The technique would be worse but the enjoyment would be higher. And I'm sure there'd be no scarcity of gay guys to claim they couldn't enjoy or stay hard for it from a woman at all. I'd expect one of the two or something halfway in between to represent the sentiment of most gay guys, actually.

Well, if we had Star Trek NG technology, I'd say just make them experience what they did to their victims, but we don't have that luxury yet. In the meantime, they should be made to experience agony equal to what they inflicted.

Yes, that's right. He counted one-ff experiences, but only experiences that involved sex, like mutual masturbation, not individual masturbation in eachother's presence.

And for lots of teenage boys, you're only gay if you kiss.
