Anyone into 3D printing.

I am taken by it, but don't think it is doable for me. I would want a decent cheap resin printer, but from my understanding resin is toxic so my small apartment would not be a good place to play around with them. Also it sounds like many pieces need to be fine detailed. My hands and eyes I don't think could do that kind of thing.

I would love to make my own minis and RPG map landscapes.

I think one of the benefits of 3D printing is that it is CAD generated so you don't need a steady hand or good eyesight

I've seen stuff that people have 3D printed, and gotta admit its pretty cool. (also kinda neat to watch an item get printed)

But don't think I really have a need/use for a 3D printer of my own.

An engineer friend at work has one and enjoys it, but I am just not motivated to learn one. Have 10-20 hobbies ahead of that one. I am o old scholl I still enjoy 2D.

On the other hand, I live where too many folks are at 1D. Roll, TIDE!
