4400

This show is starting to appeal to the gay/women side....Kyle is either shirtless, sweating, etc...very nice.

I hope they get rid of Tom's evil host.

Well I haven't watched the latest episode yet, but I saw that the season finale is next week. Talk about a short season. Does anyone feel like you are watching Lost...waiting for answers. How much longer can they keep it going?

last night's episode was kinda stupid how they were dealing with tom. and i'm upset that isabelle is bad again. i like kyle and isabelle together. if she can do pretty much anything, shouldn't she be able to remove her failsafe device. shawn's brother is the most vile character on television. his power seems to be the opposite of shawn's. he kills people he comes into contact with. he deserves his power to be what it is. i hope they are forced to get rid of him.

Yeah I am pissed that Isabelle went back to her evil state...maybe she will come and save the day. What are the evil elite holding over her? Her father?

Yeah I hope that they have to kill Shawn's brother. He is just annoying, and shouldn't have a part in the show.

Yea i would have to agree: I would think that Issabelle is powerful enough to get rid of whatever it is that is inside of her. Isn't she supposed to be the most powerful 4400 out there?

Come on guys, letting her be able to get rid of her failsafe would be too easy. However, I get the distinct feeling that Tom and Jordan's roles are about to switch. Tom will go back to being the hero, and Collier will become the villain we all knew he was destined to be. And, maybe, if Tom is saved, he'll be able to utilize his hold over Isabelle--not to control her, but to keep her from being used by the Marked.

I can't believe its already the season finale... it went by fast!

Good finale!!! Does anyone know when the next season starts? Next spring? I hope I don't have to wait that long.

It was interesting to see what abilities everyone was getting, and how that is going to play out next season.

I was curious why no one mentioned that Shawn's brother could have been saved if Jordan Collier was there...because he has the ability to take away the promicin. I know he was kidnapped, but what about afterwards.

i thought the finale was terrible. everyone having abilities makes it a huge mess. im so pissed they killed of isabelle. it's prolly not coming back. there's really nowhere for the story to go now

I don't think it's been renewed yet.

If I recall correctly, they wrote the finale so that it could serve as a series finale if it's not picked up for another season.

I hope it does get renewed; it's one of the highlights of summer!

I thought the season finale was great, can't believe issabelle is dead though... i love her!

Awww man. I will be pissed if it doesn't get picked up again. But I can see how that would be a series finale. Because Tom knows who the marked are, and Jordan will get rid of them all. And true...I think that the story kinda ends. Can't see how they will continue.

Man, you guys are scarring me with your negativity. I'm sure it'll get picked up again, its a great show...how could it not :)

I thought the 4400 was good at the beginning, but it really went downhill throughout most of season 4. What a disappointment... :( Hopefully season 5 will be a vast improvement, but somehow I doubt it... I think Shaun gave up on his brother waaaaay too easily. Like Ohiospeedo pointed out, why didn't he think of helping his brother hold out until Collier is able to remove his ability? They could have at least entertained the idea... It makes Shaun look as if he is turning to the dark side...

Well, for one things, ratings have declined over the years. Here is an article from earlier this summer ....

From Zap2it.com ...

Audiences are still interested in "The 4400" -- but not as much as they were last year.

The USA Network series opened its second season Sunday (June 5) in front of nearly 5.3 million viewers, tops on cable for the night. It also ranked as the most-watched non-sports broadcast on cable for the week.

That's the good news. The bad news is that the two-hour season premiere fell well short of "The 4400's" series debut last July. That episode, also two hours, drew more than 7 million viewers, a rare accomplishment for a cable program that's not a sporting event or "The Sopranos." The series' first season went on to average 6.2 million viewers over its five-week run.

Nonetheless, 5 million viewers is nothing to sneeze at. USA also says the 2.4 rating among adults 18-49 for "The 4400" was the best by a basic-cable original series this year.

Sunday's other big cable premieres -- HBO's showbiz comedies "Entourage" and "The Comeback" -- didn't fare as well. Although "Entourage" received largely positive critical response, the second-season premiere drew only about 1.6 million viewers, down from 1.9 million for its series premiere last year.

"The Comeback," which stars ex-"Friend" Lisa Kudrow as a faded sitcom actress and was greeted with a critical beatdown, followed "Entourage" with 1.5 million viewers. Both shows were beaten by a repeat showing of the movie "The Girl Next Door" (1.7 million) on HBO later that night.

USA is owned by NBC Universal, which also owns sci-fi. Judging by how they usually work for shows on sci-fi, I doubt the 4400 will come back. They ALWAYS announce that it's been renewed before it stops siring. THink about it. Last year after the season finale it clearly stated that the 4400 would be back this summer.

Not this time. I do hope it comes back somehow, but Ive had most of my fav shows taken away by NBC universal, so I'm not holding my breath.

i just watched the last ep of season 4, and really liked it. i hope it comes back for season 5:=D:
