I found this guy last year on another site and emailed the blogger for an ID, but all he could tell me was that the picture was in a book called Room Service by photographer Adam Raphael. So I then emailed Adam, but unfortunately all he could tell me about the model was that his name was Andrew and the photoshoot for the book may have been a one-off for this particular model.
