Wow, I just realized I've been here at JUB for 5 years. I remember late one night 5 years ago searching Google for pictures of Wentworth Miller and was presented with a link to a message board called Just Us Boys. I clicked it and the rest is history. It's been said that all Google searches eventually lead to JUB. I pretty much believe that. I was here on the board for at least several weeks before I clicked any of the other buttons and discovered the message board was part of a porn site. Ha! But JUB is way more than just that. Being part of JUB has been one of the best things ever to happen to me and my life has been greatly enriched because this place. I've been able to work through a lot of issues and have learned so much. Things change and I do miss some of the people who were here in those days but to me JUB still has that online family feel. Just like all families, sometimes we're close, sometimes we're a bit dysfunctional, we support each other through bad times and sometimes we get mad and walk out. But JUB has been here for many when there is no where else to turn and I know for a fact has saved lives. You can't say that about very many online places. Thanks to everyone for this great forum!

God I just thought about where I was December 2005. Working as a taxi driver and practically homeless. I was 18! Fun times!

Congrats on your 5 yrs. It has led me to thinking how I ended up here and I just can't seem to remember. I suspect it's not that important, so long as I did.
