That's the time a car alarm went off across the street. The horn honked 29 times before someone woke up to shut it off.

At least it wasn't someone mowing their lawn.

I know I'm not up on the latest alcohol drinks, not being a drinker and all. But I've never heard of a Malatov cocktail. What, exactly, is it.
