My life has changed so dramatically over the past year.

And finishing this story is a big part of how you have changed. Even as you wrote it chapter by chapter, week by week, I suspect even the casual reader could recognize the changes taking place in you through your style, your focus, the mood and characteristics of the characters in your story.

Writing is very hard work. Writing well is even harder. You're off to a good start and will certainly only grow and develop as you see more and more of world, more and more of the incredible diversity of people around you, more and more as you experience love in all its many fantastic varieties.
