A Cop Stopped me Last Night!

damn!!!

... you missed your chance...

you were supposed to say: "oh MY officer, that's a large nightstick you got there."

then he's supposed to say: "would you like to see it, civilian?"

then you're supposed to put the bom-chicka-wow-wow music on the stereo and the both of you could have had some fun. :p
 
Hmmmmmm-- a lot of interesting thoughts. Thanks for the input. It seems the most likely reason I got stoped was a board cop! Who knew?;)

Oh...some answers/remarks--

Harke-- Nope...he wasn't very good looking.:(

Swellegant- hard to drive on anything but country roads in the Poconos!:rolleyes:

WYSIWYG- the road I wan driving must have been a "pork" project a long time ago...so it was a 4 lane "country" highway!(*8*)

rareboy--see Harke note above and perhaps since I couldn't get dogs to bark at me at the bar...I should have given it a shot....:twisted:

Effortless_Pro-- it was the original cast recording of Mama Mia...how much more gay could a CD be?:wave:
 
It's called "bore-dom"!

Cops will ever-so-often stop a car NOT doing anything wrong just to keep him awake and who knows, at a late hour, he might get a DUI/DWI and then it's GOLD!

It's best to just show your stuff to them and don't back talk; because it's been known to have cops get ya goin and then when you back talk them, they use the club and say that you were resisting arrest or some other crap and take you in, etc.....

This is the most reasonable reply given and having been a Police Officer I would agree.
Give me a dollar for every time I was abused by some half drunk,drug induced fuck wit member of the unwashed public including the ones using that well known line "I know my rights" and "I am allowed one free phone call" which they picked up from watching too many American cop shows on T.V. and I could buy a few Mercedes outright.
Not all Police are the same just like members of the public, in other words we are all human beings with faults.

Society has racists- cops are drawn from society!!
For that matter there are racist gays- marines- bank managers- plumbers- electricians etc.
 
Me and my friends were leaving a place once and we got pulled over because someone picked up a sign and was messing with it. And he called the black friend out of the car and accused him of it.

The cop might have just been bored. But it's good that you did not argue with the cop. I'd never do that. And yeah it's also important never to have anything bad in a car or let your friends put something in the car. But I'm sure you know that :D

Wow, Pocono. What town was the bar in? BTW, did you see the good article in Friday's New York Times Escape section about the Delaware Water Gap??

I was at this fun little gay resort/bar: Rainbow Mountain. It's actually close to the Delaware Water Gap. I didn't get the Times on Friday....I'll have to check the article out.

My friends all agree....the cop was board and was hoping I was drunk! It was simply luck I changed from beer to water!!;)

That is a very cool--kind of scary bridge (long and very narrow with a wooden deck the entire length)! It is still operating and is still privately owned.
 
Yeah I LOVE the wooden deck...it rumbles when I drive on it
